Perform rapid troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems during breakdowns, shutdowns, and unplanned outages.• Diagnose and repair faults in control panels, MCCs, PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, soft starters, relays, and power distribution systems.• Install, wire, test, and maintain industrial electrical equipment, motors, and control systems.• Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and panel layouts.• Support motor wiring, terminations, alignment, and motor control circuits for industrial machinery.• Assist with control panel building, panel modifications, and design improvements to enhance reliability and safety.• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and verification following repairs, upgrades, or system changes.• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to implement root-cause solutions and preventive maintenance strategies.• Follow and promote electrical safety practices, including LOTO, arc-flash awareness, and safe work procedures.
