I am a Bachelor in Technology in Electrical Engineering. I joined Siemens in 2015 as a GTE and has been taking up challenges and growing in Siemens since then. I started initially as a Project Engineer for Test & Commissioning role (CE08-DMRC) and then moved towards Project Management profile. I then worked as PMO professional/ Expert in a Turnkey Project (RGSE) after which I took the responsibility of Sub-Project manager in a Simple Project (Nagpur DWE). Currently i am working as an Operations Manager in a Turnkey Project (PML3). I have also supported in bid preparation and acquisition of projects (Nagpur DWE & PML3). My strengths and interests lies in Projects and General management. Traits that benefits me are Easily Building Networks (inter and intra businesses), Good Negotiation skills with ability to sell anything, Speak Up across all hierarchies, Teamwork and Collaboration, Ability to visualize topics on a holistic view, Good understanding of Business English, Recognizing and driving changes needed to achieve strategic objectives, etc. I am passionate about Sports (Badminton, Cricket, Football) and Cooking.
