Program scope included the development of information systems and transition of all pharmacy claims processing and related functions to CVS Health, 3.5 $10.1.Brought in as delivery partner (IT), based on deep expertise in standing up and running highly efficient technology and process organizations. As a key stakeholder for large corporate initiatives and with nine-figure budgets, I managed operations of thousand-plus onshore and offshore resources. Defined and led a multi-year strategy to roll out a robust managed services program for 130+ core systems. Oversaw program management, IT finance, strategic sourcing, service level management, and audit functions. Supervised information technology division budgets, monitored expenditure, and total spend, and prioritized investments based on cost-benefit and cost-effective analysis.
