Objective:Ensuring reliable and efficient regional infrastructure operations by aligning local service delivery with global standards, while supporting business continuity and addressing regional stakeholder needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Infra operations within the region, including hosting, networking, and end-user support.Oversee local vendor management, ensuring adherence to SLA.Serve as the regional point of contact for global and regional infrastructure initiatives and business engagement.Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics, system availability, and incident response effectiveness.Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security policies, and governance standards.Support the rollout of global strategic initiatives and manage the delivery of regional IT Infra projects.Administer the regional IT infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal utilization of resources.Lead and develop a regionally diverse team, promoting a ONE Team culture that fosters collaboration, knowledge retention, operational resilience, and continuous service improvement.Contribute to overall IT budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on infrastructure investments.Take ownership of regional budget planning, forecasting, optimization, and cost control.Collaboration with Other Functions:Global Infrastructure Strategy: Deploy global infrastructure standards and report on regional performance and compliance.Programs & Governance: Ensure disciplined execution of initiatives, proper documentation, and continuous tracking of KPIs.Cloud & Middleware Teams: Support the local deployment and integration of cloud-based and middleware platforms.Cybersecurity: Enforce infrastructure security baselines and manage regional incident response processes.Regional Business Stakeholders: Represent IT infrastructure at the regional level and address specific business needs and requirements.
