This project is an Aadhaar enrolment and update system built using Spring Boot microservices with Java 17. Web and mobile apps send requests to an API Gateway, which passes them to the correct microservice. Different services handle packet checks, demographic data, biometric data and full enrolment processing. Kafka is used to control each stage of the packet workflow and to pass messages between services. The system supports auto‑retry and dead‑letter queues so failed requests are retried or safely stored for later. MySQL stores all enrolment and audit data, and Redis cache helps to answer frequent requests faster. All services run in Docker containers on Kubernetes, which gives easy scaling and self‑healing if a pod fails. ArgoCD, Prometheus and Grafana are used for Git‑based deployment, monitoring and dashboards of system health.
