Hi there! I’m Naveen. Over the years, I’ve worked across most parts of finance - Public Market Investing, Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Fund Raise for funds and startups, Private Investments and CFO of fast growing startups. In most recent role, used to be on the investor side - backing funds and scale ups, sitting on investment committees, and studying what gets funded (and why). Also worked as fractional CFO of a portfolio company. But eventually, I realised I didn’t JUST want to sit on investment committees and write memos, I wanted to get closer to the action. So, here I am.I’ve seen both sides of the table from LP to GP and GP to founder, and I bring that context into every conversation. I’m not chasing scale.    After my time in corporate strategy, I wanted international exposure. That led me to Moravia Capital AG, a Zurich-based independent placement agent focused on international fundraises.At Moravia, I worked closely with fund managers across the U.S, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, supporting their capital raises from institutional investors.Each mandate gave me a unique window into LP decision-making across geographies—how a DFI in Europe thinks vs. a family office in the Gulf, or what it takes for a U.S. GP to appeal to offshore capital.
