In my role as a BIW Engineer at VC TechnoSys Ltd, I worked on the TPEM-JLR Project in the Upperbody & Underbody area, analyzing CAD locators for tooling and assembly suitability.I also developed Locator Strategy for Single Parts and Assembly Parts in 3DX, contributing to the improvement of delivery performance in the Autobolting Process. Additionally, I focused on reducing Autobolt failures by enhancing the quality of BIW Panels from suppliers.Worked on Quality Problem Solving Team, focussed on solving problems from DImensional point of view and doing corrections on Body/Doors etc.
