Naveen is an enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk executive with accountability for technology and cyber risk governance within a regulated banking environment. He is responsible for enterprise risk ownership, executive oversight, and regulatory-facing accountability across cybersecurity, IT risk, and emerging technology domains.In his current role, Naveen holds end-to-end responsibility for IT and Cyber Risk for a U.S. banking entity. He operates at the intersection of CIO, CISO, and risk leadership, serving as secretary to senior risk committees and shaping executive and board-level risk narratives. His remit includes regulatory alignment, clarity of risk ownership, and defensibility of technology and cyber risk positions in supervisory interactions, including OCC.Naveen brings deep experience governing technology and cyber risk through large-scale banking M&A transactions. He has held responsibility for IT and cybersecurity risk oversight on both buy-side and sell-side integrations for some of the largest U.S. bank mergers, ensuring technology environments, control structures, and regulatory expectations remained defensible throughout transaction lifecycles.Across his career, Naveen has been trusted with enterprise-scale cybersecurity and technology risk mandates within major U.S. financial institutions.
