   Currently working as an HR Intern at VDart, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsible for maintaining the “We Are Hiring” tracker by updating candidate details through resume screening and ensuring accurate data management.Actively involved in interview coordination, including scheduling candidates and assisting them in completing first-round assessments on the DoSelect platform for Data Analyst roles. Observing the interview process closely to understand candidate evaluation and rejection criteria.Handling the Direct Walk-in Tracker by recording candidate details for walk-in interviews. Played a key role in bulk hiring drives for US IT Recruitment roles, supporting large-scale walk-in events with 450+ candidates per day over multiple days. Assisted in coordinating candidates and supporting Group Discussion (GD) rounds.Gaining hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and identifying fake candidate profiles, while building a strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition.
