Actively participating in processes including addition, layer separation, filtration, crystallization, drying, milling, packing, labeling, and solvent distillation. Recognizing deviations and incidents, documenting them accurately, determining the root cause, and initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).4. Engaging in documentation practices (BPCR) while adhering to good documentation practices (GDP) guidelines. Detecting unsafe conditions, unsafe practices, and near misses, and reporting them accordingly, while integrating safety measures during shop floor operations. Operating equipment such as reactors (GLR, SSR, HSR, AGR), pressure nutsche filters, sparkler filters, centrifuges, vacuum tray driers, roto cone vacuum driers, jet mills, blenders, Rora evaporators, and heating and cooling systems (HCS). Familiarity with isolator chambers for the handling of cytotoxic drugs and HMI (ISOS) utility automation. Proficient in the operation of chromatography equipment, including preparative chromatography and flash chromatography. Managing hazardous waste, ensuring proper detoxification and disposal procedures are followed.
