Preparing and monitoring overall team metrics through OTD, FPY, Commercial Productivity, Engineering Productivity, Deliverables and SLA Deviations. Experience in creating CAPA action through preparing ECM & NCR Deep dive reports and conducting quarterly meeting to control NCR. Expert knowledge in creating the VBA automation for running the SAP report and finding the New Orders regularly. Creating the workflows in Power apps and assigning the task to the team with technical Inputs and time line. Conducting weekly Engineering review meeting with 32 members global team to Manage the Baker Hughes F & PT’s plant orders to meet the on-time delivery. Conducting the monthly metrics meetings to maintain the team Monthly FPY and OTD parameters through creating the reports and preparing PPT with productivity details to express the team utilization. Preparing standard process documents for all the product lines to manage and meet the time lines with appropriate resources.
