Currently, I am SAP BASIS Architect at Eli Lilly working in SAP Basis team for Extended Warehouse Management.I worked for clients Mondelez and Procter & Gamble, where my primary tasks were verifying process chain failures, assessing the application and out-of-memory dumps, determining the reason for hanging threads, and analyzing heap memory. I used to run mini-checks SQL to find the alerts in the system configuration and work towards the resolution of alerts. I\'ve also worked with functional and technical SAP development teams, implementing adjustments and OSS NOTES based on EWA report recommendations. For any essential or serious concerns, supported systems are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.I\'m passionate to take responsibility and leadership in an environment of complex and challenging situations.
