The healing begins the days you buy the book or start reading the book. The book is not just for people in distress or trying to find cure for their disease but anyone who wants to connect with self and to move ahead in ones life purpose. The author has beautifully and without any reservations, with all the relevant, scientific explanation, has given the essence of all the ancient and modern techniques of breathing try and teach you. A must have for anyone who wants to take charge of one\'s life and overcome sufferings.Very simple but potent techniques, which one can practice by observing ones breath, are explained in detail. One goes into meditative state even while reading the book. I find myself fortunate to have found the bible of Meditation \"The Cure\".
