This includes Virtualization of existing servers i.e. Migrating Physical servers (Windows, Linux, Solaris) to Virtual environment (KVM ViHo) & decommissioning servers in the process of consolidation. Application Cloudification Transformation Project-This project is about Transformation of IT Services for customer globally. This primarily comprises of Cloudification of applications/platforms & in the process migrate Physical Servers to Cloud Environment.Responsibilities:• Project Planning• Estimation of efforts & cost• Stakeholder Management • Steer Wipro Internal & Customer reviews• Milestone approvals• Server Hardware procurement• People Management• Risk & Escalation Management• Work on new opportunities• Project ClosureDuration: Feb-2005 to Jan-2013-Responsible for Service Delivery Operations that includes Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Availability Management, BCP/DR, etc. Monitor the SLA/KPI targets & ensure necessary action is taken, i f any slippage.
