Provide Construction analysis and pricing of projects to support the construction department’s business objectives. Prepare conceptual estimates, bids, and pricing analysis. Assists construction manager with subcontractor and vendor bidding projects and maintain a computerized qualified bidders list. Asses project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand. Maintain computerized construction cost database to be utilized by various team members for estimates.
