As a seasoned leader with over 30 years in the insurance industry, my tenure has been marked by my role as Vice President of Claims at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where I oversaw the Motor claims function for the East Zone until February 2024. Since joining the company in 2010, my responsibilities have spanned from managing the North Zone across all lines of motor/auto business to enhancing customer satisfaction through prudent underwriting with timely and accurate settlement of claims. My passion for leveraging technology to transform the claims process led to the successful implementation of digital claims projects, which fortified the company\'s market position by integrating innovation and efficiency at the core of our services. My expertise in sales target management and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence among my team has consistently driven operational efficiency and stakeholder value.As a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and a Certified Insurance Arbitrator, my journey is defined by strategic initiatives that uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, ensuring that our service delivery remains unparalleled.
