My career has been based on delivering superior results through a focus on Integrity and Excellence.Presently driving the OpEx program across Piramal Pharma manufacturing footprint globally i.e. India, USA, Canada and UK.In previous assignment I facilitated the OE program across the various BUs of Zydus Lifesciences for mfg and supply chain i.e. Cadila Healthcare, Zydus Healthcare, Zydus Wellness, Zydus Animal Healthcare, EMO and JVs. Facilitated the legacy initiatives i.e. SLIM (For Operational efficiency) and PRISM (For COGS optimization) to higher maturity, and initiated the Manufacturing Excellence program to drive the LSS capability. While the OpEx initiatives systematically drove performance across the desired business needs i.e. COGS optimization, GC, throughput, OEE & process capability improvement etc. through hands-on Lean Six Sigma projects, delivered astounding saving accruals of Rs 5800 Million over the last 4 years. Am also leading the Digital tranformation journey with IoT, Advance analytics, AI, ML, AR/VR solutions designing and implementation. While I coached the GSK sites across South Asia on the GSK Production System (GPS), we were front runners in the GPS maturity across the other regions. In my current & previous assignments, have successfully facilitated; • F&S IMEA- Gold award in 3 site and at Silver level in 4 other sites of Zydus. • IRIM NAMC - Platinum award for 1 site and Gold award for 2 sites • GPS level 2+ at 4 of the South Asian sites • President’s Award for Abbott Baddi Site for 2 consecutive years.• Class A and DMS certification for 2 Abbott Sites• TPM at Wrigley (I) Pvt.
