Monitor the delivery Burn-Rate on a weekly basis, address any problematic areas in delivery, perform a SWOT analysis, and report findings to the Delivery Head. Perform data analysis and consistently create dashboards and presentations utilizing SQL, Python, and Power BI for the purpose of assessing performance.Oversee project billing monthly with SAP Ariba and manage revenue recognition. Track and assess the financial performance of the project, reporting actual results against budgeted figures. Compile monthly invoice information, cost utilization statistics, and metrics on resource utilization. Oversee resources and vendors while collaborating with cross-functional teams as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Generate and deliver financial data for Key Program and Project management evaluations during the quarterly internal audit. Manage resource backfilling for the team in response to recent attritions and overall workload. Offer supervision and support to all team members (more than 600 associates) concerning operational guidelines.
