1) Title: Customer Onboarding Rule Engine (CORE) Application DevelopmentOverview: CORE enables faster onboarding by allowing clients both internal /External, define their end to end journey; While downstream applications identify minimum datapoints & documents required for processing requests. CORE brings in common taxonomy, JSON format, maps clients to end-to-end journey to downstream data points & documents, de-duplicates across all applications & reduce multiple client outreach by using firm’s knowledge base & /or authorized data providers. Provides UI with ordered sections & question in user specific language. Other responsibilities include managing FICC & NB onboarding teams.Roles includes: Scrum Master- JIRAs Product Backlog Refinements, JIRA Hygiene, Daily Scrum calls, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro calls. Business Analyst-Writing JIRA Stories, ensuring technical agenda JIRAs added to sprint, coordinating among Developers and PO, testing, coordinating with UAT testing team. Project Lead- Project priorities, regular project communication to senior management, sponsors. Planning for resources, planning releases across multiple modules. People Management- handling team, Work rotation & individual aspirations and also knowledge sharing. Regular one-on-one calls, expectations settings, mentoring, reviews & ratings. Driving modernization/Technical Agenda-like Infrastructure upgrade, Cloud Oracle Services upgrade, Auto scaling, Application Fitness monitoring and driving remediation across application2) Title: New Customer Business (NB)Overview: NB Application is a workflow orchestration tool enabling New customers onboarding or existing customers wanting to do business in new region or product. Orchestration of Customer Reference data & Customer Due Diligence for specific region & products. Build a user customizable dashboard at a task level, party level & request level, thus enabling faster tracking of requests for operations.
