Lead end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance for 750+ full-time employees.• Manage monthly payroll processing, F&F settlements, salary revisions, internal movements, and payroll audits.• Supported entity creation (8–10 entities) including statutory registrations and compliance setup.• Own ESOP administration: grant letters, vesting schedules, lapse calculations, pool visibility, and end-to-end audit support.• Drive monthly payroll variance analysis and conduct payroll reviews with the Finance Head.• Prepare department-wise / POD-wise payroll reports and annual payroll projections including joiners, exits, and actuals.• Generate MBR & QBR HR dashboards for leadership decision-making.• Act as single point of contact for employees across remote locations and stakeholders.
