Parallely, completed MBA in Health care by doing the job in night shifts.Learned Six sigma Tools and Techniques in a very hard under the guidance of Professors from Indian Statistical Institute. Successfully completed Green Belt, Black Belt from ISI, ChennaiEmerged as 9’th batch topper in Master Black Belt from ISI, Bangalore.This single skill became my career accelerator: Like Simon Sinek explains in his golden circle concept - I found a why -\"problem solving\". it was discovering my knack for solving complex business problems systematically.Evolved from process consultant → management consultant → organization transformation specialist.
