Job responsibilities incorporated- • 600 KLD Wastewater Treatment Plant Monitoring & Water Analysis. • Hazardous waste management & manifest preparation. • Daily preparation Shift Reports, Performance Report and submit to EHS Head. • Reviewing third party monitoring Report and finalizing of reports. • Issuing General work permit & Confined space work permit. • Manpower Handling and conducting toolbox talks. • Daily close monitoring of DAF, Vibro Separator, Flash Mixture, Flocculator, Primary & Secondary Clarifiers, Aerations, ACF, PSF, Chlorination System. • Sludge treatment in Volute Screw press systems. • Chemicals batch preparation for dosing on specified systems like, Poly, PAC, Lime, Phosphoric Acid, COD Bactus & Ammoniacal Nitrogen Bactus. • Analyze Wastewater to pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, TDS, Oil & Grease, Ammoniacal Nitrogen, DO, COD, BOD, Alkalinity, Chloride Jar test, TSS, MLSS, MLVSS SV30, SVI etc.
