Key Highlights: Developed a 5W1H framework and gathered meaningful survey data Applied data modeling and standardization techniques in Excel Utilized pivot tables for analysis and validated results through SQL queries. Designed a detailed Excel dashboard capturing Gen Z’s career aspirations. Built 3 interactive dashboards exploring Learning, Manager, and Mission aspirations. This experience honed my data analytics, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excited to apply these skills to real-world scenarios!
