Naveen brings in over 26 years of HR experience cutting across both large MNCs and Indian enterprises. Exposure spans industries like Financial Services, Information Technology, Telecom, Consumer Durable / Manufacturing & till recently Supply Chain vertical of a large conglomerate.Presently Naveen advices clients on wide ranges of business challenges in the areas of CHRO Office, Setting up New Business, Facilitating Business Strategies & Vision and Leadership Transformation. Having spent more than a decade in IT Industry he has an edge on understanding of Tech enabled services including HR Analytics and deployment of Futuristic Tools.In the earlier stints1, He has managed to scale up large organisations both in head counts and process and systems deployment. Naveen holds a PGDBM in HUMAN RESOURCES from Asia number 1 HR School- XLRI ( Xavier Relations Labour Institute ), Bachelor in Chemistry form Ravenshaw University and avidly pursuing a short certification on Data Science from Nus ( national University of Singapore ).
