I have been actively managing partners across the APAC region, including Telco partners, GSIs, and Reseller partners. My focus has been driving the complete NICE CXone solution through these partners. Each partner is assigned specific targets for a six-month period, ensuring structured collaboration and measurable outcomes.I work closely with partners to identify and close sales opportunities, converting them into successful customer executions. Additionally, I support partners during the onboarding process by providing comprehensive information about NICE CXone products, assisting with enablement through training and support courses, and guiding them toward certification in NICE solutions.For GSI partners, I focus on addressing implementation challenges, resolving billing issues, and assisting them in achieving their quarterly targets. Across the ASEAN region, there is a 10Mn target, and I am actively working to achieve this by enabling existing partners with marketing activities, lead generation, customer engagements, and setting up demo instances.My efforts also include encouraging partners to effectively utilize demo instances with various functionalities, providing backend rebates, and leveraging channel programs to drive growth. The overarching goal is to empower partners to succeed in the NICE CXone ecosystem while strengthening our regional presence.Ensure achievement of quarterly and annually on defined business objectives through effective engagement and management.
