As Cluster Credit Manager looking Muzaffarpur cluster having 6 branches. Locations (Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Sitamarhi, Samastipur, Motihari), Indirect reporting of 6 branch operation managers. Credit decision making for cases recommended by credit team as per policy. Regular visiting local branches for interaction and training to credit & sales team forpolicy & improve work quality & efficiency. Taking care of collection and maintaining branch portfolio by discussion & lineup withsales team for non-starter cases & other delinquency cases. Check the Cibil of all parties as applicant, co applicant, Guarantors. Analyzing CAM, studying legal report and technical report, checking calculation ofcustomer income and its eligibility accordingly. Analyze Property papers (Sale deed, mutation, LPC, NEC and CERSAI report). Analyzing customers documents as per policy requirement (KYC, Audited report, ITRwith computation, Business related documents) Visiting customer location for physical PD by visit customer home and business location. and collateral property visit. Coordinate with map agencies like Legal, Valuation, and Technical for reports submissionand their bill submission on time to maintain TAT. Decision making for login Home Loan and LAP cases. As per credit policy check files recommend for approval to higher authorities.
