Daily call with client to discuss ongoing issue and provide solutions.• Dealing with Backhaul network’s vendors to fix the backhaul issue.• Responsible to keep update team with client requirements.• Modify tasks to reduce outage time during activities.• Work with Field engineers on call to resolve Router or scripting related issues.• Worked on Router swap/10G cutover/Cable move scopes. To manage a shift with all doubts and requirements of shift Engineers. Provide recommendations based on daily report to increase the performance of existing networks as well as new ones. Sending Close out report to market after analyzing KPIs (ENDC traffic, DCR, AFR, Availability, LTE Traffic) for Existing and new technologies. Communicate with field technicians to support them for up-gradation of new carriers or to troubleshoot any existing/new issues on site. Prepare and implement RET scripting when antenna swapped/installed on site by thoroughly understanding the RFDS. To make sure the site is alarm free with all parameters, readings are within range and RRUs, TMAs, RET etc. Configurations are in place. Analyzing problems if RSSI/VSWR/Fiber loss readings are beyond threshold ranges, or any alarms on LTE sites.
