With over 30 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, Naveen Gaur is the Former Group Chief Operating Officer, Growth & Innovation at MullenLowe Lintas Group (MLLG), one of India’s most respected communication group. MLLG encompasses several divisions, including Lowe Lintas, Mullen Lintas, Lintas Live, Linconsult, DCell, Lintas C:EX and Octopus (Brand & Design). Driven by a passion for creating impactful solutions, Naveen focuses on delivering tangible business results for clients. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience across MLLG to build high-performing teams, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure clients receive optimal value for their investment. Naveen has previously worked with DDB Mudra and held the positions of Chief Growth Officer and Business Director at McCann India. Throughout his career, Naveen has had the privilege of working with iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Google, LG, Bacardi, Mastercard, Kinley, OLX, Pernod Ricard, Tata Group, Flipkart, Maruti Suzuki, Air India, and Havells. Beyond his work in advertising, Naveen also took on the role of CEO at Mayar Health Resorts Limited, where he played a key role in establishing brands such as Amatrra and A+ Medispa aesthetic clinics and wellness centers.
