Drive revenue commits, churn rate, forecasting, Partner spending, Unbilled, Utilization etc. Responsible for churning revenue backlog & achieving the quarterly business commit/goals. Responsible for operational commands – Forecasting Revenue, Financial management, Expense management, Revenue Optimization, etc. Responsible for Delivery oversight – Solution Review, SOW briefing for new bookings, Ensuring quality & consistency in Project delivery, Escalation management, etc. Work with cross functional teams to determine BOE and partner/employee justification. Managing a team of 15 Project Managers.
