ABOUT NAVEEN ARORA

Supply Chain professional with 18 years of work experience in renewable power sector, I aim to be a part of the global energy transition towards net zero carbon goals. My focus is to gain knowledge about new technologies of clean energy generation and use this knowledge, coupled with my experience, to convert organizational goals into reality. My education, family background and work experience has equipped me to hanlde complex procurement and supply chain functions at EPC and IPP Platforms in Renewable Energy markets.Throughout my career, I have lead team and handled procurement related to more than 2.5GW of Solar Power, 2GW of Wind Power projects, 1.2GW of Hydro Projects across developmental to O&M phase. I have also demonstrated entrepreneurial experience handling operations as a co-founder of a startup in Rooftop Solar EPC.My core competencies include stakeholders management, Risk management, conflict management, Supplier relationship managememt, Team management, contract negotiation and finalization, strategic sourcing (domestic and international), supply chain management (procure to pay), logistics and warehousing (import and domestic), costing and estimation, new product development, vendor development and evaluation, cost reduction and optimization, suppy chain digitisation.Currently I am heading Procurement and Contracts function at Hexa Climate Solutions which is a part of Global Energy transition platform Hexa Renewables owned by US based equity company I squared Capital.
