Followed an Agile Methodology in delivering the requirements. Completed, unit tested, and deployed the requirement tasks at the end of each Sprint. • Extensively worked on Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex classes (Batchable, Schedulable, Queueable, Future). • Connected the application with Service Cloud so that we can access the Health Cloud Console. • Developed several UI reusable Lightning components using Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework. • Built several child components and established the component communication using parent-to-child and child-to-parent and built the communication between Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components • Migrated couple of Lighting components to Lightning web components (LWC) to support and provide web standard features. • Implemented Lightning Messaging Service (LMS) channels to establish the communication between the components which are not in the hierarchy. • Configured all the Endpoints in Custom Settings and created domain URL for it using named Credentials. Manipulated the data received from backend and displayed relevant code values on the UI. • Developed Test classes for all the Apex classes and Triggers with minimum 95% code coverage for triggers • Implemented Live Chat Agent Using the Omni-channel routed the messages based on skill set and amount of the available support agents. • Worked on CTI integration functionality to provide the better visibility on Member data for CVS reps to better assist them. • Extensively worked on several REST API Integrations using different HTTP Methods (POST, GET, DELETE, PATCH) for Alert Retrieval, Claims Details, Pending Claims, Electronic PA’s, Override Details, Find Member. • Developed a peer-to-peer application and performed all the required Deployment activities. Also Performed Version Controlling while Deployment using GitHub. • Worked on Auto Rabbit to automate the deployment process between the different sandboxes (DEVMJR, QAMJR, UATAPPY) and production.
