Project: OMTL-ME3S-ME Install System, Airbus Process Instruction and Specification (AIPI/AIPS) creation and update (Documentation). Client : AIRBUS. Performing ICY Gap Analysis by comparing National and Transnational documents, scheduling meeting and resolving GAP. Airbus Process Instruction (AIPI) creation and updating as per Airbus Process Specification (AIPS) or as per customer requirement through AIPDIA. As per customer, Translate to required language and updating in PPF Template. Performing PFMEA for process, Scheduling Meeting with Multi-Function Team (MFT) and conveying about PFMEA Performance. Creating Key Process Parameter (KPP) if required. Uploading documents in SAP (PEA and PGI) and Updating in SAP as per customer requirements. Also support to DDS check team in Catia V5. Analyses the Design Data Set (DDS): A Design Data Set (DDS) This data set should include 3D models, 2D drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), validate its manufacturability, Discuss with Design office and Supplier if relevant and by giving the ME Signature and Feed back to Design office. Validating the CAD quality of the 3D models, specifically focusing on dimensions, geometry, and technological codes. Ensure compliance with Airbus Standards and Processes during this validation process. Performing Briefcase 3D models design Using CATIA V5 for gauge. And Preparing 2D Drawing GD & T symbols and tolerances according to the functional requirement. Took 15days training at AIRBUS Toulouse, France for ME3S Cluster.
