As the Product Owner in Danfoss Climate Solutions, I lead the development and implementation of the software \"Heat Selector\" helping DEN (District Energy) business. My role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.My key responsibilities are;• Lead the development team of 5 for the \'Heat Selector\', a web-based sizing and selection tool used in District Energy. • Own the global roadmap of Heat Selector.• Increased user engagement through rollout of an intuitive new UX/UI based on stakeholder interviews and data analytics.• Defined and prioritized tasks, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term platform scalability.• Partnered with regional sales, marketing, and engineering teams to define a scalable product vision aligned with global digital strategy.• Owned backlog refinement, feature grooming, user story creation, and sprint planning.• Monitored KPIs using Azure Dashboards to manage risks, track outcomes, and ensure alignment with business cases.• Collaborated with the design team to implement responsive design improvements and simplify data entry flow for sales customers.• Led alignment sessions with global Product Managers to evolve Heat Selector toward a broader cross-selling platform beyond components and substations.
