   Global lead for the nascent partnership strategy reporting to the CEO and SVP of Sales. Responsible for the partner team and building a strategic business plan, GTM models and partner sales strategy to drive exponential opportunity growth in the sales pipeline.\\\\n\\\\nTasks Performed and Significant Accomplishments:\\\\n\\\\n Led the company vision for Partnerships and Alliances, working with senior management and C-level in partners. Broadened that vision to EMEA and South Asia. Developed an Ideal Partner Profile for the size and shape of Scuba Analytics.\\\\n Created and began executing on a strategic business plan for 2022 to 2025. Developed contract templates for alliance, referral and MSA agreements. Initiated the partner opportunity funnel\\\\n Successfully engaged and enthused new medium-sized partners for partnership with Scuba\\\\n Hired and nurtured a partner development manager. Worked horizontally and vertically within the organization to solicit the best resources for enabling partners\\\\n Worked with Global SIs (Experion and Genpact) to build a cross-border appeal for go-to-markets with the Scuba platform\\\\n Led the build-out of partner program capability within AWS and Microsoft. Overcame barriers to entry into the ACE (AWS) and Incentive (Microsoft) programs. Developed a deep understanding of those programs. Led the development of Scuba as an ISV partner for AWS\\\\n Used Hubspot for outreach and Salesforce for reporting on partner development and funnel opportunities.
