As a Senior SAP Consultant in support projects, I am responsible for providing expert-level functional and technical support for SAP modules in a post-implementation environment. My primary is ensuring system stability, addressing user issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures across various SAP systems (e.g, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SD, FI/CO, etc, depending on the area of expertise). In this role, I take ownership of complex problems, lead efforts in incident resolution, and mentor junior consultants. I hold strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and deep knowledge of SAP and best practices to succeed. Deliver L2/L3 support for assigned SAP modules. I analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests. Collaborate with end users and other IT teams to understand business issues. Perform system configuration changes and coordinate with development teams for custom enhancements. Conduct impact analysis, testing, and documentation for changes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. Participate in periodic system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Ensure compliance with SLA targets and ITIL processes.
