ABOUT NAVEED RASHID

Naveed Rashid is a Senior Asset Leader & Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader within McKinsey Academy, the Firm\'s global hub for client leadership development and capability building. At McKinsey Academy, Naveed is the founder and global leader of the Digital & AI (DnAI) Academy, which includes a suite of programs focused on equipping leaders, teams and individuals with the mindsets, behaviors, knowledge and skills to effectively drive and scale digital and AI enabled transformations. DnAI Academy has helped over 300 organizations to realize the full potential of their digital & AI (including GenAI) aspirations. In his role, Naveed oversees product development & innovation, go to market, and program delivery across all DnAI Academy programs through a global team of DnAI practitioners, learning experts and program delivery specialists. As the P&L owner for DnAI Academy, he has grown the business over 10x during the past five years. Prior to McKinsey Academy, Naveed was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he managed teams of consultants and clients on topics of strategy, talent, risk and operations across a range of sectors and geographies. Naveed is an active investor in start ups in the technology space with a specific passion for companies in the education, healthcare and financial services sectors. He has a law degree (J.D.) from Yale Law School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in History and Political Science.
