I have extensive experience advising clients on the design and implementation of incentive arrangements for their employees, with a particular focus on equity incentives in private companies. This includes assisting private equity clients with the due diligence and advising on the design and implementation of management incentive plans in their portfolio companies. My experience is primarily advising from a UK tax perspective, however, I also have significant experience considering the tax implications of incentive arrangements in other jurisdictions. My role includes a significant amount of project management, when advising on large scale, multi-jurisdictional projects.I am ATT and CTA qualified.
