This “Senior Consultant” position is composed of 6 roles covering Product Developer (5%), Domain Expert (25%), Project Manager (25%), Solution Architect (15%), Business Analyst (25%), and Test Coordinator (5%). A high-level overview of the responsibilities includes:• Responsible for product development / further development, testing, quality assurance, and maintenance & support from respective teams• Transfer of highly complex and ambiguous operational requirements into detailed requirements, solutions, and processes that meet the current requirements of companies, customers, and technology, taking into account the financial requirements• Project Management: Leading IT projects in an international environment and ensuring that the agreed-upon goals, budgets, and deadlines are met• Responsible for supervising expert teams and (partially) project teams (internal/external)• Consultation: Ensuring professional customer consultation to optimize existing processes and design technical solutions as part of the introduction or further development of technical systems within the international project environment• Defining technical process standards and influencing the organization and global functions in the specialized field• Application of ITIL and ITSM frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
