Client: Ministry of Women & Child Development, Govt. of IndiaKey Responsibilities:>Supporting institutional and policy-level changes for effective implementation of Mission Shakti – PMMVY & PALNA Scheme.>Coordinating with States/UTs to collect and collate action plans, financial/physical reports, and progress updates.>Facilitating training, monitoring, and capacity-building initiatives across States/UTs to strengthen scheme delivery.>Handholding States/UTs, especially laggard states, to enhance beneficiary outreach and ensure village-level onboarding.>Addressing beneficiary/stakeholder grievances under PMMVY.>Preparing monthly summary reports and analysing grievance trends to provide inputs for policy reform and program improvement.Key Accomplishments:* Monitored and facilitated beneficiary grievance redressal under PMMVY, coordinating with States/UTs to ensure timely resolution and inform policy improvements.* Coordinated the roll-out of FRS-based biometric verification for new PMMVY enrolments using the Poshan Tracker and Aadhaar Face-RD systems, ensuring compliance and eliminating duplication.* Facilitated stakeholder and client coordination in planning and coordination of the nationwide “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan” and the 8th Rashtriya Poshan Maah, launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on 17th September 2025 at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. Reached out to 15.52 lakh beneficiaries, facilitating the disbursement of maternity benefits across States/UTs under PMMVY.
