About Wg Cdr Navdeep Parmar
If there is one thing that has driven me all my life, it is human potential. I believe that every adult can succeed as a professional if the environment is right for them. My tenure with Indian Air Force taught me many lessons about how inclusive leadership can transform any professional. And now, I translate those lessons into business settings to help corporates create an inclusive environment for historically marginalised communities by interrupting or disrupting the bias. I believe diversity of thought doesn\'t happen without diversity of representation. And if an organisation wants to hear a diverse opinion, it needs to create an environment where historically marginalised person feels comfortable sharing that thought. I help organisations create an inclusive environment by developing and implementing the strategy across all areas of DEI.
