Update policy and procedures related ot training programs and maintains ni electronic and hard-copy formats- Coordinate and participates in the completion of provincial audits for cleanliness and client satisfaction- Evaluate scores for internal and external audits, implements corrective actions by coaching and monitoring staff for quality and consistency.
