My current role depicts on how to make the hiring process an enjoyable one and a seamless experience for candidates as well to organisation- Working as an HR ( Talent Acquisition & Operations )- Having end to end recruitment experience - Having experience in HR Operations,employee engagement & management- Provide support to the Stakeholders by sourcing relevant candidate, pre-screening & validation- Ensure that recruitment requisition forms are completed as appropriate and that internal/external advertising is in place as required- Ensure that screening of CV\'s is undertaken and that appropriate level candidates are passed through to hiring managers for consideration- Proactively identify ways to recruit for different positions and exploit identified opportunities; work with HR Spocs to ensure that recruitment is in line with operational needs- Offer negotiation- Maintain and search database of prospective candidates- Ensure that appropriate feedback and offer information is recorded in the recruitment system and passed on to candidates- Check that recruitment invoices are correct for payment.
