About Naval Chaudhary
I am a senior Credit Risk Manager with more than 9 years of experience in Data Analytics. For the most part of my career I have worked with HSBC where I am currently managing Credit Risk strategy development for 2 of rapidly growing Asia Pacific markets. I manage a small team of 3-4 members. I also manage Asia Pacific wide Mortgage Risk segmentation framework. Prior to this role, I have worked on Modeling (Scorecard Development) and Regulatory Capital related roles where I had built a strong expertise on Regulatory Guidelines by key Regulators like PRA, EBA and FED. I have a whitepaper publication on methodology to estimate LGD for Mortgage Portfolios and other Basel concepts. Apart from supporting BAU Acquisition and Portfolio Management Strategy development, i have also supported bank in certain key upgrade initiatives like Income Prediction Model, enhanced usage of Transaction level and Bureau data in strategy development.
