Key Responsibilities & Achievements- Lead end-to-end implementation of a banking integration project involving onboarding multiple new banks, configuring SAP payment interfaces, and automating electronic bank statement (EBS) processing- Coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP FICO, Treasury, CPI/PO, and Basis to design and deploy secure payment file transfers via SFTP and PGP encryption- Manage setup of house banks, bank keys, and GL account structures to ensure proper financial posting and reconciliation in SAP S/4HANA- Define and validate BAI2 bank statement format requirements with partner banks; supervise configuration of SAP EBS for multi-account reconciliation- Collaborate with external banks and internal Treasury teams to establish secure data transmission protocols, including multiple mailbox configurations and connection testing- Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and deployment readiness for new payment and statement integrations- Develop and maintained Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), integration architecture diagrams, and test case documentation for all bank onboarding activities- Manage stakeholder communication, risk logs, and project schedules, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and external banking partners- Support cash pooling and liquidity management processes through automation of bank statement ingestion and reconciliation workflows- Deliver weekly progress reports to leadership, highlighting milestone achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time go-live.
