My role at MEV has evolved over the years. When I first founded MEV, I was the main engineer, architect, principal, and core contributor. As the company grew, my role evolved to serving as the principal solution architect and interim CTO for MEV\'s client. I was responsible for bridging business and technology to ensure the successful development of the right technological solutions for our clients. As MEV has grown, my role is now focused on building the company and providing the best support for our clients, defining MEV’s vision and focus, driving culture and values, leadership and team development, key account oversight and partnership management, organizational design, strategy, and building high performing teams that integrate into our clients\' organizations.
