15+ yrs ERP System, PTP/OTC/STP business and functional analyst positions. Have moved into PM roles with my excellent senior stature in business, and heavy IT exposure. I have strong configuration skills in FICO and Supply Chain areas, along with SQL, SQVI, SE16N, SPRO, and LSMW, skills. I am a former business SME, superuser in SAP and Oracle. Strengths - Analyze, and gather requirements, with the ability to turn them into, As Is and To Be Process, documents, along with Use Cases, Test Scripts, functional and technical specs. I do this by utilizing, excellent customer service, interpersonal, culture diversity training, persuasive communication skills between client and IT. Org/change management, EDI, reconciliations, P2P/STP troubleshooting, inventory/ plant/warehouse management, and field experience. I have been an asset to the business as a liaison between technical consultants and business end users/management. Great at identifying Gaps in Processes, and providing excellent alternatives, with my previous successes, Best Practice knowledge, and constant educational awareness of new software knowledge. Great for consultants in IT, as I offer the business knowledge to assist with IT design.
