My background is in event and project management working with a variety of clients including Pfizer, Audi, Novartis, The Open University, Oxford University. In 2012, I joined EY (who had previously been my client) working as part of the EMEIA events team as an event manager working on the EMEIA L&D milestone programmes, New Manager and Assistant Director Program and the Assurance New Senior Programme. I then transferred over to the EMEIA FSO Learning & Development Team working again in event and project management across a number of their programs; AQRs, EMEIA FSO Sustainability Day, the EMEIA FSO Learning Forum, Aspire and the UK FSO Student Induction. More recently I have been involved in more strategic projects, a Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Governance, the development and launching of the UK Talent Academy as well as managing the budgeting process for EMEIA FSO L&D working with the host regions, other L&D teams and the Learning Executive Committee and am currently in the process of transitioning into the newly formed EMEIA FSO learning enablement team. I am enthusiastic and dedicated in delivering whatever I am working on to a very high standard and enjoy a role with a sense of variety. I am highly organised, with excellent project management skills and I am completely comfortable multitasking, prioritising and meeting deadlines. I remain calm under pressure, and am creative in finding work around solutions whenever the need arises. I am also particularly skilful in post project follow up and identifying improvements and savings can be made for future projects. I am used to dealing with a variety of people from internal teams and resources, through to both internal and external clients, stakeholders, and sponsors. I am used to working in a global environment, and as part of a virtual team working with people from different cultures. I have a \'can do\' attitude, and face everything with a friendly and positive attitude.
