I\'m a strategic advisor who loves working at the intersection of transformation, philanthropic strategy, and community engagement. Over the past 15+ years, I\'ve been honored to help organizations navigate digital disruption, craft powerful stories, build sustainable business models, and create deeper connections with their communities.I’m particularly proud to have co-founded EdNC.org, grown it into one of North Carolina’s leading digital-first newsrooms, and traveled to all 100 counties to listen and learn alongside local leaders.Over the past decade, I’ve designed and led “go and see” journeys for philanthropies and partners across North Carolina. These experiences have shaped major investments, informed strategy, and deepened trust between funders and communities.

   As Managing Director, I focus on long-term recovery and economic resilience in Western North Carolina, including driving forward the Good Jobs WNC initiative. My work also focuses on workforce relevancy efforts by supporting community colleges and employers across the state to strengthen pathways to good jobs.
