Hired by Rand Carlson who was the original CEO of Mortgage Specialist Inc, conducting mortgage field service inspections. After years of experience out in the field and over personal inspections later, National Mortgage Field Services was formed and is now a nationally recognized name in the mortgage field services industry. Michael Evangelo is currently serving a 2 year election to the board of National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) representing Regional companies, and also serves on the Review Committee of Aspen Grove Solutions for background checks, representing NAMFS. NMFS currently has experienced Account Managers who are seasoned veterans in the mortgage field services industry. After years in the field and several thousand inspections under their belts, they are highly qualified to lead our industry’s premier field service inspectors. NMFS currently services 12 of our industries top National Field Services Companies. Our company specializes in all aspects of the mortgage field services business. We provide statewide coverage for several states, and partial coverage in others. Several of our clients use us as their “Go-To” company. Our niche’ is the “hard-to-find” Route and Box number addresses. We specialize in finding properties that no one else can find, or want to take the time to find. We can also do the easy inspections inside city.
