I\'m passionate about making a difference and improving our world through design and servant leadership. At work, I achieve this through exhaustive exploration of the project\'s opportunities, client service, and empowering my team members to do the same.In my personal life, I try to embody these same principles. I have applied my passion to improve people\'s worlds while volunteering with the Red Cross, Stop Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN), St. Jude\'s Up \'til Dawn campaign, the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and the state, local, and national levels of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

   As a partner at Design Collaborative I\'ve enjoyed leading our multi-disciplinary team on Higher Education, Mixed-use, and Multi-Unit Residential projects ranging in cost from to addition to the joy I get from seeing a client’s dream become a reality, I am passionate about promoting critical discussion about design and it\'s ability to enhance our world.
